We established the communicative foundation of this positioning with a differentiated communication framework, alongside a refresh of the corporate design and a redesign of the key media.

Customer Challenge
Different brands that had long belonged together. This was not visible to customers from the outside. Therefore, the main focus of the merger was to design a process—both strategic and communicative—where no one would be left behind.

Solution
Making a new positioning tangible. Through a customer journey that achieves exactly that. With a refresh of the corporate design, a new corporate website, a new corporate exhibition stand, and a corporate microsite for trends, we have developed a coherent experience.


Insight & Impact
The microsite for trends is more than just a list of styles and movements. We have created a dynamic online platform where stories about trends are told and can also be filtered by trend characteristics. This way, we have succeeded in positioning SURTECO as an expert in design trends.
